Cancellations

7+ days notice = refund to credit card minus a $50 cancellation fee per watercraft, or store credit issued for rescheduling 

3-6 days notice = store credit issued for rescheduling, no monetary refund option 

Less than 72 hours notice = no refund or store credit issued, the entire cost of your rental is forfeited   

Payment and Damage Policies

• Full payment for all boat rentals is required at the time of reservation.
• A $500 damage deposit is required on the day of your rental. Renter must bring a major credit card to pay this damage deposit. This is an authorization that will be used to cover any damages, as well as fuel costs at the end of your rental. If the boat is returned with no damage, the authorization will be released. If damages exceed the authorization amount, we will charge the full amount for repairs to the card on file.
• Fuel is additional and will be charged to your card on file upon rental return.
• Renters are fully financially responsible for any and all damages to the watercraft.
• Renters must be 21 or older, and present a valid driver's license on the day of the rental.

Other Information

We reserve the right to terminate the rental without refund for unsafe or reckless operation, or breaking rental rules and policies.

Our boats rentals are rain or shine, and no refunds or store credit will be issued for poor weather or smoky conditions. Should our marina staff determine that lake conditions are too dangerous for boats to launch, refunds or store credit will be issued to guests. These determinations are made at the time of the rental launch.
